I spent Fall 2016 in Provence, painting, printmaking and learning about the rich history of Cote d'Azur. At the end of the quarter I participated in the Open Studio exhibition in Lacoste, where my work was displayed and sold. These paintings and prints are experiments with various techniques, such as mono-print, etching, drypoint and linoleum cuts. I translated my everyday observations in France into these colourful representations.
